Rest & Renew Studios Cancellation and Policy Procedures

 Standard Cancellations

  - We require a minimum of **24 hours' notice** to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will not incur any charges.

  - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in a **50% charge** of the total session cost.

No-Show Policy

- If you do not show up for your appointment and have not provided any notice, you will be charged the **full amount** of the session.

 Late Arrivals

  - If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled client. The full session fee will still apply.

Group and Corporate Retreat Cancellations

- Group Bookings (5 or more participants)

 - A **50% deposit** is required at the time of booking for all group sessions or corporate retreats.

- Cancellations made more than **48 hours** before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made within **48 hours** of the event will forfeit the deposit.

Rescheduling - Group bookings can be rescheduled with at least **48 hours' notice** without penalty. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the event may incur additional fees.

Refund Policy

Single Sessions- Refunds are not provided for completed sessions. If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please speak with our staff immediately, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

Health and Safety Policy

Wellness Checks

  - For the safety of all clients and staff, please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to any contagious illness.

  - If you arrive at the studio and are visibly unwell, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment for a later date.

Sanitation

 - Our studio adheres to strict sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for all clients.

Code of Conduct

Respectful Environment

  - Rest & Renew Studios is a sanctuary of peace and relaxation. We ask that all clients maintain a respectful and quiet demeanor while in the studio.

  - Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of the session without a refund.

Privacy and Discretion

   - We are committed to maintaining your privacy and ensuring that any contact made during your session is handled with the utmost discretion and care. Our goal is to protect the restorative experience while ensuring your safety and accessibility.

No Electronics Policy

At Rest & Renew Studios, our mission is to create a sanctuary where you can truly unwind, recharge, and restore your energy. To achieve this, we believe in the profound benefits of disconnecting from the digital world during your time with us. That’s why we ask our guests to be prepared to temporarily part with their electronic devices when they enter our studio. (See emergency plan for additional information)

- We understand that your electronic devices are important to you, and we take your privacy and security seriously. Rest assured, your devices will be securely stored in a safe location during your session and returned to you at the end of your visit.
